AshetonPark/Asheton Lakes
The entrance to Asheton Park is located on North College Street north of the intersection of Shug Jordan and College. There is also an entrance from Highway 280 into the neighborhood. Asheton Park is comprised of homes built in the 1990s and later. Following with the name, some homes in this neighborhood are on small lakes. Larger lots and mature trees usually complement the homes in this section. There is a community pool and clubhouse near the creek. A newer section of Asheton Lakes gives buyers the option to purchase new homes in this area.
Barkely Crest
Barkely Crest is located on Hamilton Road near the intersection of Moore’s Mill Road. An Old English style neighborhood, these homes were built by Dilworth Development and Michael Allen Homes. Buyers can have a new home built for them or purchase an existing home.
Bent Brooke
Bent Brooke is located off Moore’s Mill Road past the intersection of Ogletree Road. Developed and built by Dilworth Construction, these beautiful custom homes have the feel of old world architecture. Purchasers can choose a lot and have their own custom home built by Michael Dilworth or purchase one of the homes being resold. Homes in this neighborhood start in the $400k range.
Bent Creek - Auburn
The Bent Creek area is located off Bent Creek Road across from White Oaks. With homes built starting in the 1970s this neighborhood has homes in varying price ranges. Some of them are located on Saugahatchee Golf Course.
Burke Place
Burke Place is located off Annalue Drive, which connects East University and Dean Road. This neighborhood is conveniently located close to grocery stores, the mall, restaurants and much more! There is a neighborhood pool residents can enjoy. Homes are traditional and start in the upper $200k range.
Camden Ridge
Camden Ridge is located off North Donahue Drive near the intersection of Farmville Road (County Road 72). This neighborhood features homes in price ranges from the upper end of $100k to $500k. Purchasers also have the option to choose one of the new lots and get their builder of choice to build for them.
Cloverleaf
Cloverleaf is a mature neighborhood located of East University between Wright’s Mill Road and South Donahue. Residents can enjoy a community pool. Most of the homes in this neighborhood feature private lots. Many older homes have been updated to provide buyers with the character of an older home and modern updates.
East Lake
One of the newer developments in the area, East Lake can be entered from Ogletree Road or Moore’s Mill Road. East Lake is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the Auburn area. Some of the homes are situated on a lake and others feature top-of-the-line amenities. Buyers can choose and purchase their lots and have their builder of choice build their dream home.
Gardens at Gatewood
Gardens at Gatewood is located off Gatewood Drive, which is off East University. This neighborhood is close to the mall, movie theater, shopping, restaurants and much more. Homes in this neighborhood start in the low $200k range. There are also townhomes for those who would prefer not to do yard work. There is a community pool, which services both the townhomes and single family residences.
Grove Hill
Grove Hill is located off Moore’s Mill Road between East University Drive and Ogletree Road. There is a second entrance off Ogletree road. One of the larger neighborhoods in the area, Grove Hill features a clubhouse, green space and 2 community pools. Home sizes vary in this neighborhood to meet the needs of many families. Smaller homes start at around 1500 square feet and are relatively priced, but larger homes can be found in this area at sizes and features that make them worth over $1 million.
Hamilton Hills
Hamilton Hills is located on Hamilton Road, near the intersection of Bent CreekRoad. An older neighborhood, these grand homes offer large lots with mature trees.
Highlands
Highlands is a located at the intersection of North Donahue and Farmville Road. Highlands is perfect for those who do not prefer to cut the grass, as there is a monthly association fee, which includes landscaping. The homes in this neighborhood are on smaller lots and start in the $200k range - another great starter neighborhood.
Hillbrook
Hillbrook is located off Rock Fence Road, which connects Moore’s Mill Road and Ogletree Road. Homes start at around 200k, making this a great starter neighborhood. Home buyers will appreciate the brick construction of some available homes. If there is a golfer in the family, consider the homes located on Moore’s Mill Golf Course. This neighborhood shares a community pool with Ogletree Village.
Lundy Chase
Lundy Chase is located on Richland Road near the Richland Road School and City of Auburn tennis courts. Homes in this neighborhood are perfect for those just starting out, as they begin in the mid-$100s.
Mill Creek
Mill Creek is situated off South College Drive. Homes in this neighborhood range from the mid-$200s to the mid-$300s. Some of the homes are located on Auburn Links golf course.

Moore’s Mill
Moore’s Mill is located off Moore’s Mill Road, near the intersection with Ogletree Road. This neighborhood includes the areas of Covington Ridge, Miller’s Point, Devonshire, Fairways and Sugar Creek. Portions of the neighborhood have access to green space and a community pool. Another target for the home-buying golfer, some homes in Covington Ridge, Fairways and the Miller’s Point area are located on Moore’s Mill Golf Course.
Ogletree Village
Ogletree Village is located off Rock Fence Road, which connects Moore’s Mill Road and Ogletree Road. This neighborhood features twin homes and single family homes under $200k. Most homes have 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. This neighborhood shares a community pool with Hillbrook.
Solamere
Solamere is located off Highway 14 just west of the intersection of Shug Jordan Parkway. This newer neighborhood has two distinct looks. The first phase of the neighborhood is comprised of traditional homes built by multiple builders. The later phases of the neighborhood are craftsman style homes built by one builder. Both phases have easy access to the community pool and playground area.
Southern Creek Crossing
Southern Creek Crossing is a small, one builder neighborhood located on Sandhill Road near the intersection of South College. These quality homes start in the $180s and go up to the $300s. There is a small creek that runs through the side of this neighborhood.
Springwood
Springwood is located on Ogletree Road, across from Ogletree Elementary School and next to Twin Creeks. Homes in this neighborhood are situated on larger lots with mature trees and generally are priced in the $400s and up.
The Cotswalds
The Cotswalds is located off Richland Road. Eventually the 500 acre community will include a town center, pool and green space. It is in its early stages of development at this point. Homes in this neighborhood range from the $300s to over $600k.
The Preserve
The Preserve is located off Farmville Road. This neighborhood has two separate entrances, with larger homes and larger lots in the first entrance and more modest properties in the second. There are two lakes in the neighborhood. Some homes in both portions of the neighborhood are located on the lake.
Timberwood
Timberwood is located off South College Drive and was built by Dan-Ric homes. Conveniently located close to Interstate 85, this neighborhood features homes in the upper $100s.
Tuscany
Tuscany is a newer neighborhood located on North College near the intersection of Farmville. Offering smaller homes starting in the low $200s, twin homes and homes in the higher ranges, this neighborhood can meet the needs of many.
Twin Creeks
Twin Creeks is located off Ogletree Road, across the street from Ogletree Elementary School. Homes in this neighborhood are generally on larger lots, ranging from 1 acre to over 14 acres. Buyers can often find resale homes in this neighborhood.
White Oaks
Conveniently located off Bent Creek Road with easy access to interstate 85, this is one of Auburn’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Great care was taken to develop a beautiful entrance to this community. There is a large bridge adorned with stone and flowers crossing over the large lake. Cottage style homes are on the first street, overlook the lake, and start in the $600k range. Larger homes on large lots feature granite countertops, surround sound, hardwood flooring and many other top-of-the-line features. These homes start in the $600k range.
Willow Creek
Willow Creek is located off Highway 14. This neighborhood features a lake and community pool. Residents here can opt to join the lake and pool association. Starting in the $200k range, these homes are on at least ½ acre lots.
Wimberly Station
Wimberly Station is off Wimberly Road, which is accessed from Highway 14. This neighborhood is comprised of homes starting around $160k.
Woodland Park
Woodland Park is located off Highway 14. There are two separate entrances to Woodland Park I and Woodland Park II. Woodland Park I features a nice lake on which some homes are built. Homes in this section start in the $300k range. Homes in the second part start in the $200k range.
Wright’s Mill
Wright’s Mill is located off Wright’s Mill Road approximately a mile after it crosses Interstate 85. This neighborhood is comprised of many different sizes of homes, starting in the mid $200s.
Yarbrough Farms
Yarbrough Farms is a smaller neighborhood with large homes located off North Donahue near the intersection of Shug Jordan Parkway. The beginning of the neighborhood features one-way streets with a large green space in the middle. The homes are located on the outside portion of the streets. There is a lake in part of the neighborhood.
