Bent Creek
The Bent Creek area is located off Hamilton Road. This neighborhood has homes in varying price ranges and styles. Some homes are located on Saugahatchee Golf Course.
Camelot
Camelot is located off Rockybrook Road. This neighborhood has newer and older homes. Size ranges vary from 2,000 square feet up to over 4,000 square feet.
Cannon Gate
Cannon Gate is a new neighborhood located off Oakbowery Drive. There are detached and attached single family homes in this upscale neighborhood. Buyers can choose their home plans and build on available lots.
Cedar Creek
Cedar Creek is located off Hwy 431 and Morris Avenue. This neighborhood features homes starting in the $100k range and going above $500k.
Cove Creek
Cove Creek is located off Highway 51 near Southview Elementary School. Priced in the mid-$100’s, these new homes are a great choice for first time homebuyers or those looking to downsize.
Creekstone
Creekstone is located off South Uniroyal Road, convenient to Highway 431 and Columbus. These new homes are priced in the mid-$100’s and are between 1100 and 1900 square feet.
Fieldstone
Built by Dan-Ric, Fieldstone is located off South Uniroyal Drive. This neighborhood features attached and detached single-family homes, starting around $120k. Residents can enjoy the community pool and clubhouse.

Foxchase on Emerald Lake
Foxchase on Emerald Lake is located off Highway 51. This is a gated community that features a 60 acre lake and tennis court. Residents who own property on the lake can boat and fish in the lake. Homes in this neighborhood generally are situated on a minimum of 1 acre.
Historic Opelika
Historic Opelika features the beautiful older homes of Opelika. Many of them have been restored to their former glory. The character of the high ceilings and windows, wooden floors and heavy crown molding is hard to duplicate.
Lakes at Anderson Road
Convenient to Interstate 85, Anderson Lakes is located near Exit 66 in Opelika. Some of these newer homes are located on small lakes. Homes are priced in the $200k range.
Stephens Woods
Stephens Woods is located off West Point Parkway convenient to Interstate 85, Opelika High School and Southern Union Community College. Purchasers can choose between new homes or existing homes.
Southlake
Southlake is located off South Uniroyal Road near Creekstone. These new homes are priced in the mid-$200’s and start at 3,000 square feet.
The Estates
The Estates can be accessed from Academy Drive going through the Gardens at Gatewood or from Veterans Parkway near the intersection of Opelika Road. There is a small lake in this neighborhood as well as a pool and playground for the children.
Village at Grand National
A newer Opelika development. The Village at Grand National is in the Robert Trent Jones- Grand National complex. These unique homes bring top of the line to a new level. Starting in the upper $600s, these homes feature the latest in modern design and amenities.
Village at Waterford
The Village at Waterford is a new neighborhood located off Highway 169/Crawford Road. Starting in the $110s, this neighborhood features newer homes between 1000 and 1400 square feet.
